Cancellation & Payment Policy 2023

When you finalise the payment of your booking you have automatically agreed to the below. 

Your rooms are only reserved, not secured, until full payment has been received. 

Full refund on cancellations 7 days prior to check-in.

No refund on cancellations within 7 days of arrival date.

Payment via bank transfer.

Under the unfortunate event due to circumstances outside of Hanne’s control which could lead to the unavoidable fact that Hanne’s Cottage has to cancel a booking, a full refund will be issued promptly. In this event, Hanne’s Cottage takes no responsibility for any further costs involved in a cancellation.

Please understand that Hanne’s Cottage is a small sole trader business. It is as of the date of reading this document, working solely on a word of mouth basis and is not connected to any big accommodation sites. This is in your favour, as there are no booking fees or service fees added on top of the accommodation price. However, this also means, any cancellations will affect Hanne’s Cottage significantly.
