When you finalise the payment of your booking you have automatically agreed to the below.
Your rooms are only reserved, not secured, until full payment has been received.
Full refund on cancellations 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights
No refund on cancellations within 7 days of arrival date. Counting from 12pm local Irish time.
Payment via bank transfer.
Under the unfortunate event due to circumstances outside of Hanne’s control which could lead to the unavoidable fact that Hanne’s Cottage has to cancel a booking, a full refund will be issued promptly. In this event, Hanne’s Cottage takes no responsibility for any further costs involved in a cancellation.
Please understand that Hanne’s Cottage is a small sole trader business and any cancellations will affect Hanne’s Cottage significantly.
Hanne’s Cottage is also on airbnb accommodation site, with a ‘Firm Cancellation Policy’ Booking directly through hannescottage.com will always be in your favour, as there are no booking fees or service fees added on top of the accommodation price.
