A little more than a year has passed since the last blog post, so perhaps it isn’t a seasonal blog, but rather an annual one…. we shall see…

Hanne’s Cottage has received beautiful reviews from the guests staying here. Most guests arrive via airbnb, some reviews doesn’t make it time, due to airbnb review policy. Thank you to the wonderful Cierra and Kevin, who so kindly offered to write their review to my own website instead. Such an extraordinary young couple walking with presence and kindness. It is a very moving read.

Hanne’s place was a truly special experience for my boyfriend and I. Not only was everything clean, beautifully and intentionally decorated, and welcoming, but our interactions with Hanne were some of the most meaningful and moving of our entire trip. She is an incredibly special and wise individual and opened her home to us generously and kindly. She has lived a remarkable life and takes no moment of it for granted. Even in our brief conversation with her, she had so much wisdom to share about travel and life in general. We were so incredibly inspired by her, her lifestyle, her history, and her home. Our stay with her was our favorite part of our trip and we cannot recommend her enough as a host. 

Her recommendations brought us to places we would not have otherwise found and her space was a sanctuary for us in a time of high stress. We appreciate her hospitality greatly and hope she has the opportunity to reach many people with her touching nature and home.
